We want you to love your roll, but if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return your unworn Heelys in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure wheels and plugs are included in the return box to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Product

  Place the unworn shoes, wheels, and removal tool back into the original Heelys shoebox and secure it inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
